The Floodplain Management Ordinance (No. 559) is adopted by reference and three (3) complete copies of the State Regulations as set forth by K.S.A. 12-741 et seq. and 12-766 as adopted by the Kansas Department of Agriculture Water Resources on or about October 4, 2008 shall be marked or stamped “official copy” as incorporated by Ordinance No. 559 and made available at reasonable times and reasonable hours at the City Building for the City of Marquette, Kansas.
